Neighborhood Regulations
As a resident of the Stonecrest housing addition, you are expected to adhere to these regulations to help maintain a high quality of living for you and your neighbors. The Stonecrest HOA Board is committed to holding all residents accountable to the following regulations:
1
To maintain home values and the curb appeal of our neighborhood, please keep your property clear of unnecessary clutter.
2
All residents are expected to maintain their lawn. Mowing and edging should take place approximately every 2 weeks in the spring and summer. *
3
Homes with landscaping and street facing flower beds are expected to maintain them regularly. Any low hanging branches that impede sidewalks should be cleared.
4
All fencing should be a natural-colored wood privacy fence with vertical slats.
5
Trash and recycle bins need to be stored out of view of neighbors and the street.
6
All city parking regulations should be followed. Vehicles should not be parked in the street for longer than 24 hours and please remember to adhere to posted parking signs in the neighborhood.
7
Any exterior structures, primarily storage sheds, should be installed with neighboring sight lines in mind.
*If any resident has difficulty maintaining their yard, please reach out to the Stonecrest HOA Board to arrange for assistance. If there is no response after repeated lawn care reminders, then the board will arrange for lawn care service and bill the homeowner for cost.
Please use the online form at hoastonecrest.com/suggestions to submit regulation requests to the board for consideration.
The Stonecrest HOA Board reserves the right to amend the Stonecrest HOA Regulations.
